Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms set out the conditions of use and matters of operation for the services provided on the website (the "Site") operated by D&D Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Article 2 (Definitions) (1) "Site" means the website the Company operates to provide product information and technical documents and to receive enquiries and orders. (2) "User" means a person who accesses the Site without any separate membership registration to view information or to use the enquiry and order functions. (3) "Content" means all materials posted on the Site, including product information, specifications, drawings and technical documents. Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of these Terms) (1) The Company posts these Terms on the Site. (2) The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws. When amending them, the Company will state the effective date and the reason for the amendment and give notice on the Site before that date. Article 4 (Provision of Services) (1) The Company provides the following services through the Site. 1. Viewing and downloading product information, specifications, drawings and technical documents 2. Receiving and responding to product enquiries and order requests (2) The Company may change the content of the services as required for operational or technical reasons, and will give notice on the Site when it does. Article 5 (Use of the Services) (1) Users may view information on the Site without any registration process. (2) When using the enquiry and order functions, Users must provide accurate information; any disadvantage arising from false information is borne by the User. Article 6 (Obligations of Users) Users must not do any of the following. 1. Misappropriate another person's information or register false content 2. Interfere with the operation of the Site or damage its reputation 3. Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party 4. Act in violation of the relevant laws Article 7 (Intellectual Property in Content) (1) Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content posted on the Site belong to the Company. (2) Users may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or use the Content for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Company. Article 8 (Suspension of Services) (1) The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services where unavoidable circumstances arise, such as system inspection, replacement or failure, interruption of communications, or force majeure. (2) The Company will as a rule give notice in advance, but may give notice afterwards where this is unavoidable. Article 9 (Disclaimer) (1) The Company is not liable for damage arising from causes for which it is not responsible, such as force majeure, causes attributable to the User, or failures of a telecommunications service provider. (2) The Company is not liable for outcomes arising from the use of information posted on the Site, save where the Company is guilty of intent or gross negligence. Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where a dispute arises in connection with use of the services, jurisdiction is determined under the Civil Procedure Act. Addendum These Terms take effect on 16 July 2026.
